My two cents:

Han Dong is not the first CCP agent to win the election, and he won't be the last one either.  He was just unlucky being picked up by CSIS.  I'm sorry for him.

CCP has been doing this everywhere for decades.  They did this in Hong Kong and Macau, and they did this in USA, UK and other countries whereever there was a Chinatown or Chinese community.

The basic practice:

*  Seniors,  from community senior centres and nursing homes, were bused to a Chinese restaurant owned by CCP.  

*  During the FREE lunch, the organizer wrote the name of CCP candidate on each senior's arm or palm.  

*  After lunch, each senior got a bag of gifts before getting on the bus to the voting station.  

*  In some cases, they paid cash to the voters.   

One thing I don't understand about Dong's case: How could international students vote in Canada?!  

Fake address could work only if their names and fake addresses were on the registrar of Elections Canada before the election.
