the PEARSON CENTER hand in hand with WEF

 just Sayin....

This is a time of much change in Canada and all over the world. Our national security has been threatened from within. Our politics are under close scrutiny. Covid may end in the foreseeable future…and it may not. Either way, we have to work on economic and social progress, climate change, reconciliation, and all the other issues that challenge us.

This year’s spring conference will address the confluence of many complex issues that are hitting us all at the same time.

The topics will include:

  • Economic recovery and the future of work
  • Living with Covid – it's likely to be around for a long time
  • Politics in Transition – Understanding and overcoming the divisions
  • Canada in a turbulent world
  • The caring agenda, reconciliation, pharmacare, climate change.

Speakers will include business, labor, civil society groups, academics, and other experts. Senior representatives from all parties and from the House of Commons and Senate have been invited to speak on a series of webinars spread over three weeks in April, to make it convenient for audience and speakers alike.

Please keep an eye on the website for changes and updates!
